Hallo! since i been running into bad beats and did not control my bankroll enough, i been losing alot of my money.. so now i have to do something about it!

Question: Is this a good bankroll management?

NL Holdem

25c/50c $1,000

$2/$4 $8,000
$5/$10 $16,000
$10/$20 $40,000

$2/$4 $1,200
$5/$10 $3,000
$10/$20 $6,000
$25/$50 $15,000
$50/$100 $30,000

SnG Tournaments:

Blinds Bankroll
$1 + $0.1 $44

16 buyins for 1knl and jumping from 400 to 1k without playing 600 seems pretty solid

For low limits 20 BI is ok in NL as long as you are happy to go down quickly. But IMO you should increase seriously as you go up

as you go up in limits, the variance will also increase because of the smaller edge you have on your opponents (if any)

so definetly increase your BI's per limit

20 BI's for nl100 and above is spelled B-U-S-T-O if you're not a great self-manager

FL2/4 - 1200$ is also really really sick, in April I lost about 400 BB playing SH 30.000 hand without bigger leaks. At least 1000 BB, or change back lower limit after loosing about 100 BB.

Imo you are being a bit conservative. I would try a more aggresive BRM

what's BRM? never heard of that

PokerStrategy suggests 25 Buy In Bankroll Management, and you should use it to not get affected that much by downswings, especialy on higher limits, where I would reccomend even more, like 30, maybe even 35 BI.

This means that you need even more conservative bankroll management than you showed us
