i'm new on the table, no reads on villain

is it possible that i should have made a 4bet preflop to see where i'm at then fold to a 5bet shove?

is it too weak to fold turn shove and is it unlikely that he'll be doing it as a bluff?

Hello YinYangS,

Nah, I wouldn't really 4bet while we even don't know the opponent. Most likely I would have played the same way as you did. At the best we beat just JJ.

4betting doesn't make sense. Why? Because if he is a reasonable player then he will most likely only continue with a very strong range.

Although kinda interesting that he ships like that on turn.

Best regards.
