I have just deposited on stars and downloaded Elephant and the HUD isn't working and the hands are importing. I have no idea what the problem is or where to start. I used Elephant for FTP and used it without any issues. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

make sure you start PokerStars and PokerStrategy.com Elephant with administrator privileges.
Are you sure that your hands are imported properly during live play?
I managed to get it working. It was not saving my hand history. Thanks for the quick reply anyway.
