Play hand

$0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]SB$28.97:///////;BB$11.01:///////;MP2$4.44:///////;MP3 (Hero)$13.61:///////;CO$9.81:///////;BU$10.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with J:h, A:s.
MP2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, 3 folds, BB calls $0.30.

Flop: ($0.85) Q:c, J:d, 6:d (2 players)
BB bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40.

Turn: ($1.65) 2:c (2 players)
BB bets $0.78, Hero calls $0.78.

River: ($3.21) 5:d (2 players)
BB bets $1.52, Hero calls $1.52.

Final Pot: $6.25.
Results follow:

Hero shows a pair of jacks(J:h A:s).
BB shows a flush, king high(7:d K:d).

BB wins with a flush, king high(7:d K:d).

The reason I kept calling his bets with only a mid pair post flop were his stats (58/29). Should I have folded anyways? However, after all, he was only chasing a flush and I had higher odds after the flop.

Hello Tunatic,

The problem on river is that you don't really beat much. :) Some draws even completed and I doubt that he is bluffing there anymore. For me the river is a fold if you even did Call the turn.

Best regards.
