Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]MP3 (Hero)$6.45:///////;CO$2.02:///////;BU$9.93:///////;SB$5.09:///////;BB$0.64:///////;MP2$2.39:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 8:c, 8:s.
MP2 calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.25, 4 folds, MP2 calls $0.20.

Flop: ($0.57) 9:d, 5:h, 9:h (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets $0.45, MP2 calls $0.45.

Turn: ($1.47) T:c (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero checks.

River: ($1.47) 2:h (2 players)
MP2 bets $0.55, Hero folds, MP2 gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $1.47.

MP2 is 16/2 over 100 hands AF 0.3, I cbet flop for value against draws an worse pairs, check back the turn as the value looks pretty thin, the river completes the FD then he leads out for 1/3 pot. Seen as hes so passive i fold, would their be any value in second barreling and hoping for a free showdown?

Hello dannyf85,

Rather 2nd barrel the turn for free showdown and protection from any kind of overcards or draws. :)

Best regards.
