How should I react in such a situation?

On NL2 i dont see them raising with a worse ace than you on the turn, so or he has a 9 or a flushdraw.

When he bets the river he has a made flush or the trip 9's 90% of the time, so i would fold the river. Call on the turn is ok is good i think.
Don't think you should reraise the turn, your blowing up the pot with a holding to weak for that.

Hello Gloryne,

Well, the problem on turn is that it's rather a stronger hand which take a Check/Raise there. Might be something like A:hX:h or something similar. I doubt that he is Check/Raising and betting our like that on river with just weaker Ax.

For given those reason even if you Call the turn I'd still lay it down on river while we don't beat much there anymore. Check/Raise in such spots the turn is usually a strong line anyways, if he wanted to gain some fold equity why not just donk the it?
