Preflop: Against a min-raise I'd even consider 3betting here.

As played
Postflop: The bet on turn is still a bit too weak, I'd still bet a bit bigger ~$0,70 and not induce him to raise against you. But as played nothing much to add, I wouldn't play it any differently on river. A lot of draws completed and doubt that he is bluffing in this spot.
