Pokerstrategy just called me and asked me questions about my account and other information. I answered all the questions, then I checked my account and they say ID check failed....
I was like WTF...I just spoke with you, how can you say that my identity check has failed....
Any comments any1?
Maybe you said the wrong things, lol.
I don't know, how the security checks are done is a complete mystery
