Perhaps this hand is an example of why you want to have the initiative.
You could consider 3beting pre flop since I suspect his blind steal rate is high.
Then if he check raises you, you can think about what he might have with an AF of 1.

As played preflop since he has a turn cbet of 100% (though I suspect sample size is very small) calling the flop will not yield much info since floating will unlikely work. Raising his flop cbet may take down the pot depending on your table image and at the very least will give you info.

All in all your line was quite passive and from a beginners point of view (me) doesn't seem consistent with TAG.

Well, with his stats I would still be inclined to Call on turn while he definitely has even worse pairs/PPs/draws/bluffs in his 2nd barreling range. A bit too weak to fold on turn. He could easily even have worse Qx hands.
