I have reads that he raises from early position and if he does not cbet, he often folds to donk bet.

So this time he is not UTG, but its similar, I have a guthot, so I try to take the pot.
And this time he does not give up. But turn might be so scare to him, so I decide to 2nd barrrel. How do you think is it ok?

flop: standard spot to take a stab
turn: this ones close, as now a lot of pp have pair +FD, which he is probably not folding, so i would just give up here
river: as played, i dont like the huge bet, to me it looks like he has quite a weak range, so i am just going for ~1/2 pot

If he c/c flop I think he would also c/c that turn card and then maybe c/f river. So unless you´re willing to barrel river I don´t like your turn bet.
Since his most likely hand is some medium pp with flushdraw I think you need to bet smaller river to get called. So I also like 1/2 pot bet
