CO stats 1200h 25/16 3b-5 f3b-59, in general I play pretty tight, but that day on this table I was 32/24.
But fold to 3b on btn 75%, so I decided to 3b, what is the correct turn play ?

The correct turn play depends on his calling range preflop and on flop. Anyway I don't like your 3bet with A7o without having a good game plan. So what do you think is his calling range pre?! Oop I would like to add hands to your 3betting range that have much more playability and equity like suited connectors, suited 1gappers some good broadways with which you can flop great. So give him a range on the turn and then you can decide more easily if it's better to just c/f, b/c or c/r.

When you have a looser image you should generally widen your value3bettingrange and stop 3betbluffing because people will start playing back.

Ofc this means if he'd call any2 you could 3bet A7o for value - but that's obv not the case, so I agree with BReWs7aR that you should just fold preflop.

If you however assume that you have a lot of foldequity preflop and therefore do 3bet, you have to be extremely careful postflop because once you get called pre it means the opponent has a very strong range.

On this flop I think it's ok to cbet because we get a lot of folds from hands that have tons of equity, but once you do get called it's either a c/f or c/c on the turn - you have about 30% equity vs most ranges and probably very little foldequity given how strong the opponents range is.

I think a c/c on the turn is the best play because we have the equity to c/c even against a range like {TT+} and if there's any chance he's floating we get even more value there.

Well after this hand I get through my hem base and saw that turn cb got only 18% success rate in spot like this. So given my 30% equity I think b/c turn is the best play, becouse c/r have close to 0% fe.

I do not think that given size of the pot and my 30% equity agains his value range I can ch/f this turn like ever, and check is not good in my opinion too becouse this give chance to hand like 99 and 8x win at show down.

About my 3bet pre, well I do this play with blockers from time to time to guys that have a high fold to 3b perc, this balance my value range and even when I'm called I got decent fe % with my cont bet.
Sometimes I flop a decent equity and if my cb is called then things get little bit nasty, but with fd+pair on the turn pot is so big that is -ev to fold, and their range is usually very strong.

I think Ax hands are better becouse they usualy 4b AK , and call with a lot of medium pairs like 88-JJ, and 67s,89s don't do good against this range.

That is my thinking proccess gen in this spot, but I could be wrong :)

thx for answers guys ;)
