I have this fear of sets on flops like this. Although if he hadn't shoved I would have been more cautious. Doesn't his check raise scream a set?

Against that kind of loose type of player I doubt I'd fold it. Plus he doesn't even have a full stack. He could easily even be shipping with pair+draw or just pair/overpair. Nice hand!
