If you want to go pot control/turn your hand bluff catcher then c/c him down.
There can´t really be bad turn and river cards to you and you don´t have to play for stacks if he has for example Kx.
You can also bet/call flop and then c/rai turn, since I think pair+ second nut flushdraw you can´t really fold against reasonable players who would sometimes make moves with theirself for example with A high flushdraws or bluffs.
If I´d bet turn I´d c/c turn and then likely c/c river. It is hard him to bet 3 streets for value with Kx, so more likely he has there some kind of missed draw.
