Hey I dont have a cell phone so I cant deposit with my credit card. Is there any other way of them verifying? Such as through email?

yeah, that's an issue. You sure there aren't any other options? however I think you should ask their customer support and I'm sure they'll be able to advice you what possibilities are there. Let me know.

I found out the fastest way for you to do it, will be to drop Moneybookers support an email (send it to pokerstrategy@moneybookers.com) asking for a manual card verification.
This should work.
