This is the perfect flop for villain to float you on, so the only logical line to take is to checkraise the turn. You were actually ahead the whole way but instead of winning the pot on the turn with a bet, you made a little bit more by checking this turn card (villain is betting here with 100% of his range).

That said you're not getting a flush to fold ever and maybe even KQ will look you up here, but you absolutely have to check this turn card rather than bet it so that villain actually thinks his float will work. Check/calling is terrible since you can still get outdrawn on the river by straight draws so to avoid being negative freerolled you have to checkraise.
