Preflop: Hero is BB with K♦, A♣
MP3 calls $1.00, CO calls $1.00, 2 folds, Hero raises to $6.00, MP3 calls $5.00, CO folds.

Flop: ($13.50) 2♠, 4♣, 6♣ (2 players)
Hero bets $8, MP3 calls $8.00.

Turn: ($29.50) A♠ (2 players)

River: ($69.50) 5♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets $31, Hero calls $31.00.

Villain is a loose fish, but that's only from 2-3 hands I've observed, no stats on him.
Turn bet ok? River call ok?

Turnbet can be bigger but is very good. Now either c/c the river or b/f, if he is bluffy, c/c. If he is a passive calling station, bet.

seb, when you have a choice between the two, like in this spot, what do you do if villain is unknown?

Usually I assume my opponents are bad and bet/fold until proven otherwise ;)

I agree with Sebra, but I'd skip the c-bet on the flop. I think a loose player will nearly always call your c-bet here and a large part of his range is a pocket, so the bet is not for value.
