No much info on the villain looks like reggish guy.

I guess I shouldn't cbet F if I dont plan bluff turns and shouldnt x back rvr if I bet the turn? I was little tilted and thought 5 on the river is not best card to continue bluffing but now I think I should make a bet here if I bet the turn? Something like 12-14

Hi,

not the best board to c-bet and you can consider checking it down with showdown value. Once you bet I think turn barrel is fine and on that river card you should more often 3-barrel , since he now would fold all his 67, 98, 9T, 77 type hands, since 5 is quite blank all your A9+ hands and you can easily go for value 13$.
You can also bet smaller on the turn, since he may fold 44, 5x or 77 to your bigger turn bet, but you would rather build up pot that way that you shouldn´t bluff river too much. If you bet 4.5$ on the turn, then you only have to bet 11$ to fold out his medium strenght hands. If you bet 5.15$ or mare, then you should bet also river bigger
