I'm not sure about hand at all but here is my thought process: considering his stats his a thinking player most likely (although this is PLO6), so he knows I have AA**.
On the other hand I don't think he have that many Wheel combos in his range, specially when he opens on UTG. That is why I thought I'm still ahead on this turn, he has double suited KK** or rundowns and he is shoving hoping I will fold my AA** and 50% of equity. He can have QQ** and I'm drawing dead but imo this very small % of his range.
