Hi, I reached my stellar bonus today, but when I ordered it from the VIP store the bonus was not credited into my account.
From what I understand from the pokerstars VIP store I am supposed to enter some sort of tourney before I can get the reward. (but I can't find any tourney like this)
Any advice?
You don't need to enter a tournament, it should be credited instantly to your account.
Click VIP store, then make sure you choose VIP bonuses and cash rewards NOT VIP Rewards 2010.
Click the appropriate stellar bonus and you should then be able to click "buy this item".

You can check your transactions history("History" button in cashier), to see if your bonus was credited or not

I eventualy got the bonus but it is a stupid change, instead of just giving it instantly..
they probably did it to get around belgian law.
think about it. If there is a law they cannot give away such a reward, all they need to do is create a free SnG instead.
