Pretty much nothing else you can really do. Folding is out of the question since there are FDs,hands like JT,A2,A4, and river is getting you 1:9,5
what about the 3bet preflop w/ crappy offsuit ace? we don't have that much playability and we are OOP
preflop depends. I'd want a guy who's opening the BTN 50%+ and plays kind of badly postflop. Otherwise I think VPIP=true will be -EV here.
Basically against a decent villain you usually only get action when he has a lot of outs or when you're behind. To play here we want the guy who will hero call down raggy pairs or chase weak draws unprofitably.
