Hello kunaguero5,

Well, I am not a huge fan to CB such a board unless I know more about the CO overall play-style. A lot of hands are going to continue here, mainly broadways which are going to be in his calling range and did hit now. I'd even consider Check/Folding right on flop.

But if you think his 3bet calling range is going to be wide then CB flop and Check/Folding the turn is fine.
