Flop:
Don't slowplay it. I'd most likely just raise it right on flop and protect my hand. If he has a hand he is most likely going to pay you anyways. :)

As played
Turn: Most likely I'd raise bigger here ~$1 at least.
River: Well, kinda close while a lot of cards make a straight already, FD possible. So if I am planning to bet then I'd just ship it if you consider him being able to hero-call with just TP or overpair.
