Well, the problem on the turn is that you you Call there, then it's very likely that you have to get almost his whole stack on the river. Do you expect that to be true? Most likely if he is loose enough then he is capable of calling your shove on the river. But if not then the Call on the turn is marginal.
But overall I'd start from betting the flop already a bit bigger, yes we have a strong hand but we still need to protect. So I'd bet at least $1,20 and even bigger.
