Hey pharcyo,
something is obviously not working properly. Please send us your logfiles (open Windows Explorer -> type %localappdata% in the adressbar, open up the PokerStrategy.com folder) via email to application-services[at]pokerstrategy[dot]com.
Please include a link to this thread and your username.
Make sure to zip the whole 'Logs' folder so you can easily add it as an attachment to your email.

For me if I run HEM2 (dunno about HEM1) the sidekick doesn't work, it just doesn't process the hands, when HEM2 is turned off then it runs all good. I quit playing at 770 so it's not a problem for me anymore.
