I think having raised and hit oesd you should have raised this flop make it 15-18k.
As played i think you have to call the river bet, you are ahead of most of villains range ie pp, random Ace

I don't like the way u played the hand. First in preflop with 6d5d ur plan A is to try to get the blinds and plan B (if u get to see the flop) is to hit the flop hard. Plan C should be getting out of the way if the flop misses u completely or if u get 3Bet.
On this flop I like the call, there are many interesting turn cards for u (any 2 or 7, any diamond) and raising is not an option for me (there's no point in raising a value hand, u can represent a TP type hand better by calling, also u end up giving up a lot of chips if the opponent shoves on u).
Because the turn comes a relative blank and even pairs the board u should be folding there. The odds ur getting on the turn aren't great either and I can't really accept your argument of getting all of his stack, since I doubt there is enough gambling on the final table (even if it is a 3$ PL MTT) to make a turn call very profitable.
As played u have to call on the river.

preraise against very tight blinds is possible option.
flop call is standard. a raise would make absolutely no sense here since you would need to fold to shove;especially when you see a cheap or free rivercard on that super dry board -> i see the turn going check/check very often!
but if he barrels again he def. has some hit here most likely an ax and you should need to fold also to a halfpot bet. river is obv allin -> thats the reason you were calling
