I'm not sure what kind of tournament it is, but in your situation it doesn't really matter i think.

We are UTG with only 4bb stack and in such situation we want to be really really wide, because when blinds hit us, we will lose all our fold equity. I would shove ~80% of hands here(if it's single table tournament this might be wrong) and KTs is way too good to fold here with our stack :)

Please provide game-type next time ;)
