I'd like to know 2 things please.
1- Can elephant hud stats be used when you are just observing a table?
2- I see that elephant keeps some stats on oppents to. Are these only stats while they are at a table with me? Can elephant keep rack of all there hands even if they are not at a table with me?

NO, the elephant only use the handhistorys and cannot observe tables.2- I see that elephant keeps some stats on oppents to. Are these only stats while they are at a table with me? i use HEM but speaking in general, HUD's appear only when you are playing at the table, and not for any table that you simply observe. for example, you cannot go rail phil ivey's table and see his stats pop up.
and that goes the same for your question 2. the trackers save stats from hands you have played, because they would be saved in your hard drive for the program to process. in fact, data mining as well as buying saved hand histories is prohibited by some poker rooms and your account might be in danger.

But, PT can show you stats, if you only observe the table. But only for a fix number of hands.
U can data mine on 888 poker thats for sure :P, used to load up 40 tables back in the day and sitout on all and free HH's ;p
