Preflop: Hero is CO with K K
UTG posts BB OOP, UTG checks, 3 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 raises, Hero 3-bets, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG folds, MP2 calls, MP3 calls

Flop: (13.5 SB) Q Q J (4 players)
BB checks, MP2 checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets, BB calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls

Turn: (8.8 BB) 9 (4 players)
BB checks, MP2 bets, MP3 calls, Hero calls, BB calls

River: (12.8 BB) K (4 players)
BB checks, MP2 checks, MP3 bets, Hero raises, BB calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls

Results: 20.8 BB pot (1 BB rake)

Should I have continued to raise on the turn?

Hi!

Not terrible to just calldown with KK there.You cant protect your hand since pot is so big(every gutshot will now have to call) and also you block a lot of outs so not many hands really have more than 2-3 outs against you.On the other hand you wouldnt mind getting calldowns from those and you also prevent from getting 3bet where you might isolate yourself and not really be able to fold vs unknown...these are all facts that favour calling down.

But I feel really weak when not raising here.In a 4 way pot you clearly have an edge(which is 25%+;imo you are at about 40-50%) therefore raising for value should be best play unless he is known for this play with Qx in such spot. When behind Qx you are still not dead since drawing to 6 outs is quite live.
