Ok I guess. (I don't like these hands always have the feeling about maiking a stuipid calldown.)

I hate these hands too.

What would you assume for his range?

He 3-bets the early position raiser, so if he is fairly tight I am afraid we are behind on this flop.

is TT+,AJs+,AJo+ too tight for him?

from this range he wouldn't raise TT and JJ.
So if his flop range is QQ+,AJs+,AJo+ we have only 11% equity on this board.

If we assume a PS.com range you can calculate with: 66+, A9s+, KQs, ATo+ and KQo. Can you stove equilate that for me (Once without removing hands and once with removing them. Maybe 1 additional with your range without removing any hands.)

Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
Player 1: 49,599% 48,975% 1,248% 49,777% KhKd
Player 2: 50,401% 49,777% 1,248% 48,975% 66+, A9s+, KQs, ATo+, KQo

Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
Player 1: 79,777% 79,673% 0,208% 20,119% KhKd
Player 2: 20,223% 20,119% 0,208% 79,673% Random

Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
Player 1: 62,702% 62,254% 0,896% 36,850% KhKd
Player 2: 37,298% 36,850% 0,896% 62,254% 66+, A9s+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, ATo+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo

Do I have other charts? ... against a MP2 open raise I see a ps.com range of
88+, ATs, AJo, KQs

but what is a typical 3bet range on this level? ps.de is imo preflop more aggressive than the average player, right?

This is the chart most german PS.com user use. Your name sounds a bit german too. ;)

@martizzo: Is that the equity on the flop?

With seeing the calculation now I tend to fold the turn if he isn't a LAG or maniac.

ciRith: Yes it is with given flop.

Alright so this is the time where we need stats or reads (what TerrorBlade thinks how aggressive his opponent was).

If you have fun doing calculations you can calculate the first range but with the turncard. Maybe adjusting the pocketpairs range to 99+ as well (flop and turn then). Otherwise we wait for TerrorBlade and until I got to my computer. ;)

ok, ciRith you're right about the range, it's 77+, ATs, AJo, KQs against MP2 raise.
(and right about me being German, hope my English is comprehensible)

But again, what would you assume for unknown - tighter than that or looser? in my impression it is somewhat tighter for a 3bet, although there are of course people 3betting with A3s and similar.

Guys, can you help me and explain the (5) Reaction acc. to opponent's PFR chart from xxx? What do the numbers in this table mean?

Edit by ciRith: Please don't post gold content here.

first of all: the german thread: https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/de/forum/thread.php?threadid=34865&page=1
maybe you are from NL or something and understand a bit german... i don´t know ^^

the numbers in the table are the minimum pfr your opponent has to have for you to 3-bet/call from the BB

Thanks, frzl.
yep, i know the post but I don't speak german, that's why I asked :) Also I've found this artice Pre-Flop advanced 2.0 which I believe explains these concepts. However I haven't read it yet.

You should do that in the near future. ;)

The chart 5 lists hands which you can 3-bet (or call in the BB).

The left side are the hands, the top are your positions and the percentages are the PFR which the raiser has to have at least with your given hand to 3-bet him.

For example: You have 66 in the BU and the MP3 players raises. He has 10% PFR.

You now search for 66 in the chart, then 'cross' it with "SB 3-bet, Iso 3-bet" and you will see the number 19 for a normal player or 23 for a LAG.
Since your opponent only has 10% PFR you can't 3-bet here.

@abzupfer: The average unkown range is a bit tighter which makes it even an easier fold.

Thanks, ciRith.

I'll start to learn all these stats-based articles as soon as I get my license for Elephant :) Also I believe it's not that hard to beat 0.25/0.50 without stats and "gold" strategy

That's true but the ORC doesn't need any stats so the article should be useful right now too. :)
But the silver chart is fine as well.

yes, I've been using advanced chart for a while already, I found it in russian strategy section - Extended preflop play chart

It's in the german strategy section too. I hope our translater will publish the english version in the near future. (I explained it now at least 3 times so I could do it as well. )

I ask SoyCD later about it. :)
