Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q K

Should I call the turn and look for a cheap showdown. I am still not really sure what line to take to on turn.

Your line is good on the flop and turn up to the point where he reraises. Yous should fold on the turn very often in this spot.
He just called the flop on a dry board and he reraises the turn on a high card that very likely hit you. More often than not he has a monster there. I don't think he calls the flop with just K high and then reraises for value. If the K hit him he probably has 2 pair.

A call is out of question there, since you will have less than half of stack left to invest on the river and he will have a 1/2 pot size shove. I think he will never check back the river here.

Hello penno10,

If you are going to overplay TP type of hands I'd tend to just give it up preflop. But as played Bet/Fold the turn, you don't beat much anymore there. :(

Best Regards.
