i cbet and call this guy. He looks capable of jaming here 8x and all kind of draws so im ok to cb/call him in this spot.

+1. We can't cbet/fold on this board with our hand vs almost anybody imo. Odds are too good. I snap this opponent.

would you expect him to jam pre normally? have you seen him flat with such a short stack before?

it sounds like he likes to trap. which makes me very suspicious .

if you think he likes to 'see flops' then its just a cbet/call spot for this SPR. not much else you can do this short

Y, I wouldn't put a trap past him.

However, he had TJs here; given this, can we assume in future that his range in this kind of spot is still strong enough to stack given spr/hand strength/bd?

yes. just c/f in future.

but note he flats those hansd with that stack.. very bad and its good to know hes not necessarily trapping 100% of the time here

i would probably just c/f. even if he jams with 2 overs + gutter, or 2 overs + FD or any kind of combo draw. ur not in great shape once you bet, but you are committed to bet/call because of the spr. it doesnt look good to cbet into this board which he probably doesnt fold very often and risk half your stack with an underpair, with 50% equity at best.

i like a cbet without reads, because i think you have more fold-equity vs unknowns, and they will flat and check down sometimes.
