Ahoy PokerStrategists!
i've tried importing my hands from PP. but it only imports the files, never the hands. there's nothing wrong with the folder path. i'm using the latest dev version (v0.106)
HEM2 Trial Version imports it successfully
i plan on familiarizing myself with the elephant HUD since my free trial for HEM2 is about to expire and i'm still in no position to purchase it. hehe 
hope you guys could help me out with this 
Hey schmoeJoe,
import a few hands and watch the import page for any errors.
Also, try deleting possible active filters by clicking the "delete" button in the lower right hand corner.
there were no filters the first, second, third, fourth and (now) fifth time i tried importing.
i tried manually importing a single file and it says -
Failed Import. Failure while importing 0 hands
The parameters are as follows:
State: Finished
Start Date: 2/4/2012 12:28:52 AM
Duration: 00:00:00
Imported Files: 1
Files Not Imported: 0
Imported Hands: 0
Hands Not Imported: 37
Ignored Hands: 0
Duplicate Hands: 0
Imported Tournaments: 0
Please update to the latest version 0.106 and try to import your hands again.

I can import this hand just fine with version 0.106.
Please try the following:
Create a new database, select the hand in question (mark it) -> press CTRL+C to copy it to your clipboard and hit the "From Clipboard" button in PokerStrategy.com Elephant.

By clicking on Clipboard import the result is the same, no hands imported
I found the problem.

There are two spaces between "CT" and "2012" in the text file, so it will fail to be imported.
But when I paste the line to the forum, multiple spaces would be eliminated automatically, then it can be imported.
Please fix the problem.
