Preflop raise is fine, though u could have raised to 5.5bb (the reason for the extra 0.5bb is the fact u'll be OOP postflop and at higher blind levels it may make it easier for u to get ur chips in that way).

On the flop the raise should be larger, no less than 180. On the turn u should also bet more (as played at least 375, when u bet the flop more at least 450).
River is tough but without any reads/information the best play is to go all in. Check/fold makes no sense because u'd hardly have any chips left, check/calling may be an option if u knew BB is bluffing and also u can't really fold given the pot odds, so u may as well keep the initiative and hope villain was on a draw or that he won't believe that u have him beat and call off with a pair of Ts or 8s, maybe JJ and 99 if he misplays them.
