Pre Flop: (t90) Hero is MP3 with K :club: A :club:
3 folds, MP1 raises to t180, 1 fold, Hero calls t180, 4 folds

Flop: (t450) Q :club: 2 :diamond: A :spade: (2 players)
MP1 bets t300.00, Hero calls t300

Turn: (t1050) Q :diamond: (2 players)
MP1 bets t1200.00, Hero calls t1200

River: (t3450) Q :heart: (2 players)

MP1 is a Reg at 11$-55$. No reads during the Session. plays 15/9 1,2k hands 40% cbet. Some reads I acquired in the postanalysis are: he limps a lot at 40/20 with wide Range including monsters. Leaves out easy pushes as Bubble-BS. In unopened pots he has a 9%-or-Range from MP @ 60/30 lvl (22 hands with these exact criteria).
BU is a tight Reg, CO a weakish Reg. The image of yours truly should be tight as well.
SB+BB are very weak spots. Same goes for MP2.

The ugly spot is obv. the T. We need somewhere between 35% and 40% to call here.
I have to admit that I still tend to call here vs most Regs as I feel that they tend to overplay weaker TPs more often than not. But in this specific case even if this assumption would be correct, I would not be ahead by much, as he has at least AQ+KQ and possibly even QJs in his or-Range. Another problematic part of his range would be hands with FD+GS like JTs or KJs/KTs and hands with pair+FD like ATs/AJs.
Some ranges as for instant, assuming he is not slowplaying the Nutz here:
AA,QQ,ATs+,KQs,QJs,KdJd,JdTd,AJo+,KQo -> 44%
AA,QQ,ATs+,KQs,AJo+,KQo -> 44,5%
AA,QQ,AQs+,KQs,AQo+,KQo -> 17,5%
AA,QQ,AQs+,KQs,AdJd,AdTd,AQo+,KQo -> 24%

So... what to do here?

As a follow up thought: As hero is not likely to coldcall AQ/KQ vs a nit here, should you turn hands like AJs/ATs with FD into bluffs here as I would fold AK here as i can only have AA/QQ once?
Same goes for potential hands like KT/KJ/JT with FD

We discussed, but I like how you played it; folding turn is not an option without supersolid reads. 40% cb means he may not even cbet every Qx hand here, so we are even happier to see this bluffy looking overbet on turn.

3b pre is also fine for 30bb but calling is probably better if there are fish who can overcall, since the suitedness makes it easier to play and we have bttr implieds.

Nh.

I like your reasoning here. Just found a hand were he checks down JJ on an A85s45-board vs Fish. It is not 100% applicable as he does this vs Fish and iP, but still.

This would mean that we could also discount hands like KQ/QJs or JTs/KTs as he might not cbet those either.

AA,QQ,AQs+,AdJd,AdTd,AKo -> 32%
AA,QQ,ATs+,AJo+ -> 55%
AA,QQ,ATs+,KdJd,KdTd,JdTd,AJo+ -> 57%

someone with that low PFR never raises KQ or worse in that position. his OR is AJ+ 88+ !

i think its fairly obvious after your flop call that you have an ace. he cant expect you to fold the turn, but the Q is a really good card for blocking reasons. i think he might overplay AJ in this spot and i cant fold given that i NEVER put him on QK/QJ here. and we block AQ. call and note

Well just for the record it was A :diamond:T :diamond: which actually leaves me guessing if thought he would be vbetting or bluffing...

I dont see how anyone can think they are bluffing in that spot, so hes probably value-betting. which is horrible

optimal villain line is checking the flop imo

Well i can´t see any halfway decent regular thinking here he is vbetting. I might peal with KK from time to time vs Regs that cbet 100% and shutdown but not against this guy.
