Yes, I would play this one the same way because with every good made hand your opponent should have raised the flop to get rid of villains behind him on this draw board so his turn raise doesn't look scary to me. And despite his low VPIP\PFR I would bet\call river to make note on what he plays this way & sometimes even hoping to see myself ahead.

Hi!

Without any reads I dont like it. If he has just a worse Ax why wouldnt he raise the flop with it?!? so that makes it less likely,also not all Ax would raise here since they play WAWB and now even AJ has you beat

If he has any other made hand he is never raising here since people just dont do that,they are very straightfoward with marginal made hands

If he has a good draw(like FD,SD) you dont really do that much good by 3betting.You will not make him fold and you gain about the same anyway since if he misses he will 99% bluff river also and you gain that extra BB there. If he hits you loose a lot more though
