Reads would help, but my standard line would be to lead flop, lead turn, and check/call rivers on this particular board.
Also this is a bit too weak to flat pre even vs a minraise.

Preflop is a fold.
My default is to check/call this flop just because if we lead it and get raised we're in a pretty awkward spot. This is because he has a ton of draws in his range, as well as pure air and obv better made hands, and it's not a spot where I want to get it in for 15 pot size bets with top pair no kicker.
Without specific reads I lead myself for half pot on the river for value.
