Hello BGawli,

As long he is the PFA I doubt so, he may easily have just overpairs there, so I am not planning to fold my hand there anyways on river but rather ship it for value.

Also if you plan to play for Bet/Fold on turn then why do you ship for value on river? :P

Best Regards.

I bet on the turn because I have to protect my hand from flush draw like as you wrote OP A :heart:Ax, K :heart:Kx, Q :heart:Qx

hmmm I've learned it from hand evaluation forum... bet/fold on the turn when we are OOP.

Well, what do you think what he is doing with hands like JJ-AA or whatsoever PPs which have a in it? :)

so what to do on the turn when we bet as in this example and our opponent ships?
I think that we have to fold...

Why?

because we don't have correct equity to call...
his ship mean only one nuts like flush so

Board: 4h 5h 2s 9h
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 22.727% 22.73% 00.00% 10 0.00 { 5c5s }
Hand 1: 77.273% 77.27% 00.00% 34 0.00 { AhKh }

our equity on the turn: 32%

so we can't call it

And why do you think he ships only with nuts? :) I would also expect him to ship with overpair+FD or whatsoever.

I analyzed a lot of hands... and in most of the cases raise ship on the river means better hands then our. It was about 95% when we were beaten I was only behind when I had nuts...
so I think that it is the same with the turn... probably people don't bluff in this way...

Why should he shove for example with any strong flush? He obviously wont get called from a lot worse and exactly the flush completes? Why should he also just Call on the turn while he has to Call the river anyways with PPs and he might even think he is protecting his hand. So totally not true.

Go broke? That's also the reason why I would bet the turn.

You sure that you don't see any difference between those hands?

yea... I see a differences... in 77 ex. our opp CC, in 55 ex. our opp is PFR but you know... action on the flop is the same I mean both players call our bet on the flop...
