Hello,

My Pokerstrategy side kick would not open yesterday, the launching window would appear for 3 seconds then disappear, with nothing happening. After I restarted my computer sidekick updated, it then opened, but I hadn't tested it until today and it doesn't appear to be working, although does open. The session stats are stuck on my session from a couple days ago. I have sent the log files to application-services(at)pokerstrategy.com

Hi,

Thanks for your quick action and email. I have now downloaded the update and the software is now tracking my hands.

Is there anyway to add the missed hands from yesterday?

Unfortunately no - PokerStrategy.com SideKick only tracks live played hands.

Good luck on the tables and have fun collecting Kicks!
