I'm mainly interested to see what's your standard line on the flop and turn here against unknown. This was the second match of the tournament and didn't had any reads on the opponent except the min3bet preflop - I haven't seen many good players doing that a lot at the beginning of matches.
I did see a lot of fishes doing that minraise pf and then checking the river with very big hands so that's why I shoved the river. I know that he's never folding AA,KK,AK there, probably not even QQ. How much should I raise here as a standard against unknown?
