I don't get why you called turn and folded river. What was you plan if you hit a 4 youll call then? Or he has a Q always?
You are getting 5.5 to 1 on a river call and you have 500 chips left so he has to to be bluffing 2 out of 11 times for you to make a call, and if you believe that he is not doing that you should've folded on turn (even better pre flop)

I like more to just call preflop than 3bet bluff. He give such good odds for us to call from position and we can make his life difficult. Though hand is not that great so I have no problem in folding. If he continue to steal wide you can start to resteal shove wide in bit bigger blind levels. Also if you want to 3bet then make it bigger like to 280 at minimum imo.

As played folding turn is fine or if you call don't fold river. I doubt villain is that often on bluff in 3bet pot. Well depends what he thinks of your small 3bet.

i like the 3bet, i think the size is perfect.

your plan is to win it pre-flop. post-flop you should look to pot control, maybe invest 1 or 2 bets and try get to a cheap SD.

after flopping a pair im not happy bet/going broke with just a 7 kicker on a dry flop, so im going to check back the flop to induce on teh turn and evaluate the river.

as played, you cant call turn and fold river, odds too good. his turn line looks stupid, feels like some kind of draw or a pure bluff. so i like call turn call river as played.
