hello,
i seam to have an issue with firefox mozila whenever i try to connect to a coaching session. when i press 'tune in' button the coaching pop-up opens and immediatly shuts down with no warning nor message. i first thought it might be an pop-up blocking settings issue, but it's not. i went to the firefox options and unchecked the 'block pop-up'. still doesn't work.
when i try to attend to a coaching session with internet explorer it works, but the thing is, for some reason, my computer gets verry slow on internet explorer and really want to use firefox as i am sure it has to work somehow also with firefox.
any ideea guys what this is about and how could i solve this problem?
