Villain: 25/1/0.8/150 stats something like that, river AF at 2.0 though, flop and turn AF was around 0.5 to 0.8.

I'm not entirely sure if I played it right or wrong, I raised the flop because of TP and the draw was a bit drawy, but then he donks me again on the turn but it's such a small bet so I call, should I've raised here again? I'm not sure if I should've called the river, it didn't feel like he would play a TP like that so I took the safe way and folded.

They sometimes donk with flushdraw, sometimes weak K.
Here I would shove, since I might be ahead and I don´t want him to outdraw me or make bluffshove on the river.
The way you played is fine, since it it is hard to say if you´re ahead or behind and if you´re ahead then you are probably drawing dead.
I would also fold river.

Are you really sure about them donking a flushdraw with an AF of between 0.5 and 0.8?

Since he donked on the flop, he might donk again on the turn
Only question what is in his hand range: I believe that sometimes he might donk with weak K or flushdraw, but also with two pair or straight.
