export the hand from HEM2 to some kind of a text file to put it on a hand evaluation forum?

No need to export hands to text files.
If you want to use an online hand converter then all you do is just right click on the hand and "Copy" and the paste it in the online converter. If you want an even faster way then do this, right click on hand and "View" and then at the bottom is a button that says "Copy To Clipboard" next to it you choose the format you want to export in (in this case "Pokerstrategy")and then press copy to clipboard and paste it straight in the forum.
