Hi!

3bet flop! Your hand is way too strong and you dont want to give him possible freecards on the turn.If he caps then reevaluate on turn whether to donk/calldown or to c/calldown.

I 3bet as default against unknowns for the same reasons above .

Against regulars I vary my play , and I call flop and c/r almost any turn card .
The J is actually an awesome turn card for you to miss a raise .
