Hola! Here's a pretty interesting hand that I played yesterday. Wanted to post it here because i'm not quite sure my logic is okay here. I think raising the c-bet would be standard here?
However I took this line for couple of reasons:
-It was pretty likely my opponent would 2nd barrel and I could make the pot bigger raising the turn bet
-I considered there would be a pretty big propability that SB could go for a c/r since he had been pulling of such moves during the session and as he looked like somewhat thinking player I thought my call would usually look like draws or weak made hands.
-Also I had position and I could easily get away from the hand if there would be a bad card on the turn or too big bet to call when it hit.
-Deception

So is it okay to play the hand this way under these circumstances eventhough i'm in a multiway pot on a super wet board?

Hello spadek,

Worst flop to slowplay at. I would just raise it up and protect. If you were just HU then we could argue about picking different lines but even then I would most likely raise. You don't want the opponent behind you get good odds for any kind of draw.

Best Regards.
