Hi guys,

Villain: 20/17 3bet: 7 AF: 1,2 after 106 hands. I decided to vbet/fold on the river against Jx. His line just doesnt't make any sense to me, KK-AA would have 3 betted me preflop, sets and J9 would have raised on the flop, QT on the turn at the latest so we end up putting him on busted draws. Should we consider calling here? Or simply c/c on the river expecting him to bluff with busted flushdraws?

Hi,

I would bet 7$ on the turn to protect my hand and get value out of worse hands. I think b/f river is fine. Just I would make it 16$. He may still herocall me down with Jx and if you bet small then he may either shove his draws or turn his showdown value hands into bluffs.
But since he also has there value hands I think you can´t really b/c

best regards,
