seems like standard 3bet to me, dont think I shove here, probably too deep, so I make it 5k, call SB/BB shove, fold to OR shove.
I don't think he was trying to bully the table from UTG. Even if he was, let the short stacks worry about it.
I would not play with ATo against him.
