Hero bets $4.00, BB raises to $18.38, CO folds, Hero ???

Awful spot, he can have some Qx in his 3bet coldcalling range, but why would he play it this way? If we add some PP combos (KK, JJ, maybe TT), then it is profitable to call here. What do you think?

Hello pcfmcc02,

Not sure if the guy would even be shipping with Qx hands. Therefore I would definitely add also come PPs into his range and also play for the stacks vs such an opponent.
