Yeah, You did make a bad call only because BTN was about to bust the bubble. I'm going to assume this is a 9 man sng so the top 3 get paid.

So looking back, you put your tournament life on the line by calling that all in against the CO and having the big blind also call is not that great either because AKo's equity is lowered in a 3 way pot.

In addition, folding a hand like AKo is pretty hard because it looks very appealing --TpTk and you're most likely ahead against CO's range and you'll be racing against any pocket pair.

But I do understand how you were in the moment and couldn't really think about it more thoroughly. It's like "I got AKo, of course I'm going to push all in with this hand!". But regardless of the outcome I would try to weigh in the pros and cons of making moves like this.

(I am also trying to fold these types of hands do in these types of situations, I've done it a few times and I was able to win the tournament because of these types of plays)

Hi all,

Against a range of any two cards I estimate we lose about 5% of the prize pool making this call. With our edge I wouldn't make any calls that made us less than 0.5% of the prizepool, so this is a very clear fold. I think QQ might be a fold, but pairs really depend on how many hands he's shoving.
