how do I report a case of collusion on Stars?
I have looked in FAQ but cannot find anything.

Just write an email to support@pokerstars.com, state where you think you saw collusion and players which were colluding, they will forward the issue to relevant department
It would also be useful if you provide screen names and table name for cash / TID for tournaments and a rough time estimate, to save them having to ask you these followup questions.

I sent the email including the hands converted to text with HEM and recieved a reply saying that they will investigate further and report back.
